need advice on selling some of my gold

Hi fellow hunters. well i have never sold any of my gold finds. i have given some away as gifts and whatnot but have never sold any of it. with gold prices hovering around $850 an oz. im thinking of parting ways with some to fund my new machine. i am seriously considering the minelab e-trac. any one have some good tips or best places to get a good deal for my gold?

How does Midwest make any $$ off what they do? It seems like they didn't charge for anything?

Do many of you weigh your stuff first, 10K, 14K etc and then send it to them stating the weight?
