Need help identifying this coin/token?

Only had a short time to take the E-trac out today. Went to a site where I have found some civil war bullets. Dug this up. Any ideas. It says 5 cents. I made the picture big to help with the id. Thanks.

Looks like it might be a token good for 5 cents at some Opera House and Bar. Tough to read anything on the other side. Were there any Opera House / Bars in the nearby towns? HH Randy

Or it might be a place that was called the Opera House Bar (I don't see the '&' there on the token).
