Need help on this one (snake identification)

My daughter came home and this fellow (or gal) was sunning right by our driveway and garage. Never saw one like this in NW Ohio and thought maybe some snake lovers could tell me what specie it might be. From the distance of the concrete and bush I would say it was around 4' in length. I search all over after I got home but found no trace and have not seen any trace of it since. Any ideas? Sorry to large of photo to upload but would gladly email it if anyone is interested or knowledgeable in reptiles. Send me a pm with your email or I can text the photo..

Shortcut, go on line and Google Snakes of Ohio and compare the picture you have to the ones that come up on line. You should be able to find a likeness of the two.
