El, have you ever been able to see 'em? The reason I'm asking is that sometimes with new internet browsers (Like if you just installed Google Chrome or Firefox) it will prompt you to install Flash Player. Try going here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install for whatever browser you use.

El for some reason the Adobe flashplayer didn't work on the IE browser. They are working on it. I had the same problem. Maybe they have it fixed by now. Deleted old flashplayer and downloaded new adobe flashplayer and it didn't fix the problem. Switched to firefox browser. I changed settings in firewall to medium from high medium when using IE and that would work for awhile and then it wouldn't. Just got tired of dancing around with micro soft with all their goofiness. Actually thinking of getting a Mac for the first time. Good luck.....Z
