Need help with a beach program for the explorer

I am heading to D.C. in the morning and on Saturday up to N.J. and wanted to do some beach hunting. I need a sure fire beach program that won't false. I have used the sovereign for years a love it but my explorer seems to false a lot. with or without iron mask? how much sensitivity etc. Thanks in advance,

hi jerry,
what i do is just run an open screen start off with the sens kinda low do a noise cancel thenstart bring the sens up till it starts to get irradic go in manual and watch the smartfind screen and dig everything. you know you cant get any easier digging then on the beach.

Try Ironmask -9, start sens at 24 and come down if you have to.Make sure falsing is not off yur shoes,keys etc.I farted around 30 minutes one dayfore I realiuzed the falsing was off my new beachscoop hanging in my front pocket.Had to put it in theback of my belt...hh
 
i had the same thing happen to me on the beach before i realized the coil was picking up my sand scoop to. had to hold the scoop behind my back. stan sjmdc
