Posted the F5 I had for sale on ebay. A guy from Brazil with no feedback purchased it. I do not want to sell it to him. I never thought about an out of country person buying it. How do I go about telling him I am not going to sell it to someone out of the country with no feedback and then relist it. Thanks.

Put only ships to US, sometimes Canada depending on the item. You can also put (you must have at least a 10 feedback score of 100% to bid) Or similar.
If the money is good and he pays for shipping plus a little extra it would be ok. I sent a scoop to Australia and it all worked out. (US funds only)
