Need help with symbols engraved on button

I need help identifying the symbols that are on this button. I found it in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany and I've tried to look for the symbols online but can not find anything. I am not sure what type of metal it is but I was thinking it could be silver or lead, so if anyone can help me identify the metal as well that would be much appreciated.

Thank you
