NEED ID AND AGE

Kind of hard to tell from the pic, but is it "rolled" into a spiral point?

If it is it may be a rolled copper arrow head. The only place I know of these being found is at the Etowah Indian Mounds near Cartersville Ga..........that may be a longshot though.

Very similar to the spouts used for tapping trees in order to gather the sap to make syrup. Fairly common thoughout the upper midwest but most have been made from stainless steel for over twenty years or more. Very good find, congrats.

HH, twalton

It looks like a trade point (arrowhead) to me. These points were made of copper, iron, steel and brass and were traded to the Indians by the French, British and others from the 1600
