I need a skilled metal detector person who can help me find my water shut off valve in the front of my yard. I am on a private well so the city can't help me. I rented a machine but couldn't find the valve. I can pay you for your time. It is a real needle in a haystack!! I'm in Washington near spring creek road and route 24. Please help! "Hi Julie, It is possible to find the water shut off valve but I think most are operated by a special type of large key/tool. Have you called Washington City Hall or the water department to come and shut it off? They would have records as to where it is and the tool. I'll send you a text later this morning.
