Need too find a couple item for my Explorer XS

Get your stuff at Radio Shack.
You can create like a dongle the exits out the hole where the 1/8 jack used to be. Just solder a piece of headphone from the current wires then let it exit out the hole. The attach your 1/4 Jack to that.
You can always buy an adapter at the shack as well and not worry about it or see if Ralph at Sunray has any more of the Explorer Headphone stands
