Needed a knob for cz5 and FISHER

told me that I would have to mail the detector in. Felix is who I spoke with... I think that is a little much considering shipping and what they would have charged to put a knob on....

Hmmmmmmm, doesn't seem quite right. I wonder what the deal is must be something about what knob you lost. I ordered an on and off switch for my F75 and they shipped it right to me. Must be more to the story or they have sure changed how they do things. I talked to Felix and he sent me over to a lady, name slips my mind, who took care of my parts needs. Maybe try again with the phone call. Make sure he understands that it is just a knob missing and ask if parts can ship you one. Let us know how things go.

Her name is Silvia, she's really great and she dug up all the parts for my 1265x including the whole housing. Call and ask for Silvia in parts.
