New Ace for $75 ???

I saw an ad with a local selling a "new" never used ACE 150, (no box) for $75. Although it is a very basic machine, I am tempted to pick it up and keep it as another spare or for the kids to play around with. I already have an Ace 250, and a CXIII and a few older machines, but what do you think?
