New AT Gold! First Finds...

Well.... Managed to get out to a local small park/baseball field for a couple hours.

Tested out the new AT GOLD! Like it so far.

Didn't find anything special, a few clad coins and some trash.

But hey the detector seems to work fine so far...yay!

The small pop rivet head impressed me. It was about 4 inches down, but rang up strong (VDI 51-52). I thought it was a nickel..
 
Here are the finds from the 2nd trip out...

Not finding anything very old yet.

Did manage to find an ear ring this time out though!!! Does not look like its worth much though.

It is a silver mount, but I doubt they are real diamonds.
 
The AT Gold is really sensitive to tiny targets. Congrats on getting your feet wet. Great finds to follow soon!
