Well I went and did it. I picked up an AT Pro from my local dealer. I've been wanting one for quite some time and now I have one.
It was a miserable rainy, windy and cold day here in Indiana. I headed for a soccer field that I had not hunted before. After two hours
of digging I had $1.79 and a very dirty new AT Pro. I guess you could say I initiated it pretty well.
Tomorrow is supposed to be much warmer and dry and I ham heading out to a newly abandoned old home to see if they left anything buried in the yard.
My first impression of my new machine are very positive. I have a new learning curve to climb and I am anxious to get on with it.
I have a 10 year old granddaughter that will get to use my Ace 350 when she detects with me this summer.
