Try the Lorenz coil, sometimes called meandre or cellular. Its resistivity grows about 1.2 times but the capacitance is reduced by an order. The three pictures down bellow is the spidernet coil, in the middle, the Lorenz of first order, on the right is the second order. When you omit peripheral lines you get the basket coil.
