New Fisher F75. Screen shows 7.c when trying to see if it has DST

I was told this detector has dst by the seller, but don't see it. Has bp and cl, but no fa. Was I duped? Screen shows 7.c when I'm forward on the toggle, push red button, and turn on.
 
Sounds like it.
FA process was added as part of both the upgrade choices for those that sent in their units and on all new units shipped out of the factory with DST.
From what I understand 9.0 or 9.1 shows up on the screen when powering up on units with DST.

I called the guy I got this from, and he told me which detecting show he was with (which I recognized after he told me) and said this is a prototype given to him from Fisher. Runs good, but I really wanted that FA process.
