new garrett--should I or shouldn't I

Just sold my last detector and was thinking of waiting until next year but this new video I saw on the garrett has me squeezing my credit card hard.
I saw it but don't know if I believe it. If it turns out to be true-they won't beable to keep up with the demand.
Heads I do and tails I don't.
