New Manticore Settings

Hi Folks! I just wanted to introduce myself before I ask a question. I'm Mark and I've been detecting sporadically for 12 years. I've owned 2 Whites detectors, a V3i and a TM 600. I haven't detected in 5 years due to having a stroke and decided to go with a Manticore for my new detector. My question on the Manticore is what settings you would start out with in All Terrain mode. I know there's a lot of settings to choose from but I'd like to have at least something to start off with. I'll be detecting mostly parks and newer school grounds for now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I have had the Manticore for less than a year and switch between my other detectors however I have mainly been on All terrain General. I do play with the other settings to see how a find will sound but for ease of use while I am still learning its general.
