New owner of the 705......well.....soon to be!

"Yeah, I finally decided to purchase the 705 after much internet research". It seems to me the X terra series have built up quite a reputation for themselves!
Their versatility, weight, and that they are made from Minelab, is why I ordered one.
This will be my 4th minelab detector I've added to my lineup. Minelab has been a rock solid performer for me since my first one and I never looked back since!
I think I will be pleased with this machine. So, anybody else on-board with my thoughts?
"By the way" if anybody is thinking about buying one, give Big Boys Hobbies a call. They gave me a real good deal on one.
I plan on posting pics in the near future of my finds so, stay tuned and keep digging!

Welcome! [attachment 239798 welcome9.gif]
And congratulations on your purchase of the most under-rated machine on the market.

I'm no expert with mine yet but I really like it and for the price there very nice detectors ,You gotta get the coil over the good stuff to find it and the x-terra will talk to you and let you know it's there. Congrats on your new detector!

Welcome!
-The XT 705 is the best detector minelab make for general detecting , awesome machine....

Welcome

WELCOME!!! You are getting a great machine!!!

You'll have a lot of fun with the X-Terra. They are a sweet to use, easy to learn detector that despite some new finagle detectors coming onto the market, still hold their own quite well. I've had one since they have been out and intend on keeping it for a long time to come. I have used plenty of other detectors and still have several others, but the X-terra is still one of my favourites.
