new sovereign gt battery pack

After reading all the post about battery life and quality, I'm not sure how to proceed with purchasing a new pack. I see a new one from a sponsor is just over a $100 but I also see them for $70 and as low as $40. All options are on the table for me, I would just like to make a good choice. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Sponsor sold products are guaranteed with out any issues if there is a problem.

A new battery pack has a warranty. A used one may have most of its useful life already used up I have seen prices to rebuild the Rechargable pack that were almost as much as the list price of a new pack. Get in touch with a couple of the sponsors as they may be able to give you a small break on the price of a new one.

George and Elton great advice, too many batteries being sold that won't hold a charge, a new Sovereign GT battery pack will last for years. We need to support our sponsors more. Thanks Ron
