New T2 user with a question?

Bill M

New member
While using the T2 for the first time today I kept switching from Disc mode to all metal mode when I would set my machine down to recovery a target. I would just brush the settings knob and it was changing from one mode to another. I'm probably doing something wrong, is there a way to lock the mode in or do you just have to be very careful? Thanks for any help!!

Just got a t2 myself and had the same problem. I just make sure I leave the menu on sensitvity so if I bump it, I can easily move it back.

One way to stop it happeneing is as been suggested above or what i do is take the knob off and put a small rubber 'o' ring on spindle then replace the the knob this then gives you a small friction resistance on the abilty of the knob to move so freely.Have done it with alot of my machines that have knobs on over the years,it also helps reduce dirt getting inside the control box and reduce the chance of water ingress as well.
