First nice day and the snow has melted off this week. I gained permission to hunt 2 old house yards that are 100+ years old. Real ratty grass, what little there is,I can dig as much as I need to until I learn the sweet spot on the T2's coils. I'm pumped up!!
Wish me luck. Hope to have some pix worth looking at tomorrow night. HH. Bob.

Hope you do well Im sure you will love the T2SE, finding the sweet spot on the coil wont be hard at all

on the forums, I'm going to take my camera with me on a hunt for the first time. Should be interesting. Not sure why I didn't think to do it before??? Oh well, better late than never. Now, figuring out how to put them up on the net is going to be another learning process. HH. Bob.

Rained at night and the soil was muddy. Since no grass, no plugs, just loose mud/dirt. When I got home after 3 hours(oh my aching back & knees), the kids had arrived early and my to-do list was getting longer by the minute. Ended up with 31 coins. 7 wheaties, 16 stinkin lincolns, 2 quarters, 4 dimes, and 2 nickles and some whatzits that sounded good. Ran it in 3 tone, sensitivity from 80 to 53 due to being on a street corner in town with lots of wires overhead. Used the stock coil. The detector works as it should but it's going to take some time to learn it's language. Old dog/new trick thing. Still attached to my fisher cz. HH. Bob.

You dug some targets, thats the main thing for learning a new detector, as you know. I went from many years of swinging cz's to the F 75 when they first came out and have been glad I did. A few outings with the T and I suspect you won't look back. Good luck. HH jim tn
