new to me explorer II

Hi; I just order a used explorer II. would like to know how to set it up for coin hunting in northeast PA.,any help on setting it up to find older coins in parks will be appreciated.thank you for any help you can give me.Fritz

conductive sound, iron mask at -10, gain at 7, sensitivity around 18, all in manual mode. Good starting point
