Hi just starting up here, have read all the V3 threads and now I'm ready to help and post. Been using the V3I for a year now and metal detecting since 1973. I love the V3i and regularly find dimes to 8" nickels 9", qtrs. to 13". I'm from Spokane and our soil is about -95.
