New to the E-Trac

I'm new to the E-TRAC ...not new to detecting or Minelab detectors. Mostly hunt with a GPX for nuggets but have other VLFs as well. Old home sites/camps when not nugget shooting.

I hunt in heavy iron and from the reading I've been doing here it seems like 4TF is the way to hunt these kind of sites. What disc patterns does anyone recommend to go with these tones if any? I just bought a 6x8 SEF just for these places. Thanks.

Dean...read posts from "Goes4ever". He seems to have some tricks for hunting iron. Disc would be a no-no in iron, you need to hear the iron and be able to,over time, differentiate between falsing iron and a good high conductive target.
Welcome to the etrac!
