I have been trying to but a White's TRX that is for sale in the classified adds & the seller is getting a message that one or more of the parties is not qualfied to use the PM feature. I am a new user , so am I the guilty party?
 
there may also be a requirement for a certain number of posts but i haven't been able to find it.
 
the rules are listed at the top of the classified forums. registered 90 days and 24 posts.
