New V4 program in Va. hot soil ?

I expect it to especially with the new coil but until I get one in the soil and check targets, I can't say for certain

And there is ground even worse than Culpepper . . . . . when the coils are available for testing they will get put through their paces in these areas . . . and yes, the DIV site is one area that it will be visiting
