Nice Belt Plate found

Found this belt plate by an old cabin site dating back to the 1840's. I was told that this plate is an 1851 model officers sword belt plate. I am really excited about finding this item even though the wreath is mostly gone.:detecting: This item was found on private property with permission from the owner.
