They tore down a little old house that I grew up near by, so I decided to see what was there...found three silver coins in approx 45 minutes. The first was a Barber dime which surprised me (not pictured) then this:

My first dated SLQ (and my third of this type)....I have one which shows a date ending with 9 which means 1919, but this is my first clear dated SQL(granted this is when they sunk the date, but it's still crisp). Finally, I unearthed a Merc.....for the triple play! I was finding Wheat Cents near the surface around where the house was and an IH cent (1905). Wish I'd gotten there before they tore the place up, but I was happy enough to rescue these coins. And three silvers in half an hour is fine with me!
