Nickel planchet??

I found this metal detecting. It is the same size as a nickel. It weighs 5 grams, same as a nickel. It is non-magnetic.
See the pictures. I included a real nickel for comparison.
Any comments would be appreciated.

Does the red book give any information on planchets. I will look here on the Internet and see if I can find anything.
