No Pin Point

Looks like I am going to have send in my ATP because it won't pinpoint. Works fine other than that. First time I have had to send a unit back for repair. I get the PP in the window and a constant threshold type sound with no tone when passed over the target. So I'll find out for myself how good the customer service is. Thanks and HH..

Sorry you have to send it in. I've sent both my ATP and ACE 350 in. The service was very good. Got both back within the ten days of Garrett receiving them.

Garrett customer service is second to none. The times I've had to send my ATP back has been the most quick and painless customer service that I've ever experienced. They have gone beyond beyond being helpful and accommodating.

I just spoke with Adam @ Garrett and he first suggested I do a factory reset. Will try that after I get home from work. However I might just go ahead and send it in because the warranty is almost expired.

Factory reset, no dice. Looks like a trip back to Garrett...
