:nono: I hope this guy filled his holes....

He either didn't fill them or the birds dug them up. Either way, hopefully he filled them. Check out moment 5:14 with all the holes. From the beginning of the video you'll notice that the there wasn't anything wrong with the area he was detecting, but then....

wow, i hope he covered up his holes.....:surrender:

At first it showed his holes filled (but not too good). Maybe you should send him a message and ask him? After a few dozen "On On's" I was ready to turn him "Off Off". That was a lot of finds dug for 4 hours. HH Jack in Austin

Yeah whats up with the "On On"? That was annoying annoying.:bouncy:

That is BAD..... even as a NEWBIE i did a better job
digging and filling i ope he isnt in my area or we

Moles or not, I would have filled them in so no one would have thought I did it while metal detecting. I even fill in holes that squirrels make digging up their food so no one thinks I made the small hole. HH

I see alot of mole activity in the places I MD as well.
If I could just find a way to train the little suckers to bring clad
and rings up to the top I wouldn't need to dig any more.:)-)

yea i know what you mean. kind of makes you look bad, even though you didn't have anything to do with it. can't really fill them in but, you could stomp um down.

I just don't see how there weren't any holes there before, but there were when he was done. On top of that, who ever heard of there being gopher holes in a baseball park? Aren't the grounds keepers supposed to clean up gopher holes??? Its not like those holes were made overnight. Bottom line, his story doesn't add up.

Moles here are tunneler dont make the ground like a volcano The one here are around big as a mouse or bigger they leave hole you might trip in because you cant see them because the grass is still there .Someone said maybe groundhogs:shrug:

They are pocket gopher mounds more than likely. The first part of the video does not show the same area at 5:05 in the video. Also, those mounds are too big to be plugs. I am sure the grounds keeper will take care of it, but is probably waiting until it dries out. It is winter after all. I for one don't carry a rake around to smooth out pocket gopher mounds. As muddy as it was, you wouldn't want to be trying to stomp them down either.
Here is a link to what pocket gophers do.
