Northern Indiana Relic Hunt...

I spent the day yesterday trying to find a few more goodies from a field I've hunted about a hundred times.
That's an 1839 large cent with a hole. Not pictured are lots of pieces of lead and harness rivets.
The buttons are getting smaller and smaller in this field. It seems most of the big targets are dug now.

Nice relics Neal. Those buttons are neat and all have a similar pattern. I have found one button like that. Always fun to find an arrowhead.

Love that arrowhead. I found a huge pre-form blade while fishing about 15 years ago. Found out later that an ancient indian trail passed by the area long before us "whities" were here.
