Not a total skunk this morning

I took off on my bike for a fifteen mile ride in search of colonial history.I planed for one area but got side tracked because this other area looked so good.So i put the other area on hold and started scanning.I finally got the big flat button that told me a colonial person had been there. Then i find a copper ring.A few more small items and i was done.I was happy with the flat button.Just another place to check out again. The Tejon performed very good.I used jvc gummy earbuds so i could hear around me being in the woods alone. Also used the koss volume control, with 1/8"stereo extension cord to give the earbuds more length.I am just so happy it was not a total skunk today. :lmfao:

you biked 15 miles? thats a lot of pedling , but at least you only burned calories, and found a few nice things.

By gosh theres nothing better than pedaling back up off the road and finding those kind of spots! unaccessible to everybody except a horse...really great day there!
I used to do quite a bit of that myself, not with a detector, with a fishing rod and also trapping beaver and whatnot...a fellow can really cover some ground on a mountain bike! Great Post!
