A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM CST THIS
EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN OVER SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN LATE THIS
EVENING AND SPREAD EASTWARD ACROSS SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN OVERNIGHT
INTO SATURDAY MORNING. SNOWFALL TOTALS ARE EXPECTED IN THE 5 TO
8 INCH RANGE...WITH GREATEST AMOUNTS LIKELY NEAR THE ILLINOIS
BORDER AND NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN WHERE SOME LAKE ENHANCEMENT IS
POSSIBLE.

WINDS WILL PICK UP OUT OF THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE SYSTEM ON
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...WOULD COULD LEAD TO BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW.

A WINTER STORM WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN HEAVY SNOW MAY COMBINE WITH
STRONG WINDS TO CAUSE METAL DETECTING PROBLEMS. CONTINUE TO
MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS FOR UPDATES AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS.

.... Gulf water temps were at mid 60's falling from low 70's last week. Looks like we'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to see high 70's / low 80's temps. Guess it's time to look for property further south!

Dang I hate it when it's way too cold to detect.
