Not so much the find, but how it was found...

It's been drizzling for a couple of days now, but I couldn't take it anymore! After working on the new house for the better part of the day, I snuck out for a rainy scan of my played-out honey hole. I got a sweet high tone, coupled with a lot of iron grunting and scratchy noise...but sweet from one angle. This is a junky part of my honey hole, and finding this 1946 Rosie in the hole with a huge nail really makes me love this 5x8 coil. I even found another smaller nail in the hole upon rechecking with the ProPointer! Hopefully there are even more good coins to find at this spot. In the past 3 seasons I have spent hundreds and hundreds of hours at this location...the 5x8 is proving its worth!

Congrats,:clapping:
that coil 5x8's calling at my door desperately, but the bank is out of funds:shrug:
best regards

Nice silver.:clapping:

WTG, JC. The 5 X 8 picked the dime out even if it was just one way. I do that sometimes with the 8.5 X 11 inch coil on the AT/Pro, but look forward to the 5 X 8 and the Sniper for this detector.

Awesome; you sound like me! It's raining, but one must go out.

Nice one, JC! The 5x8 earns it's keep once again.

The rain I can handle, but when the wind gets up and it thunders and starts to lightning, it's time to head to safer ground. Especially if I'm in the water.
