Not too good with seafood recipes , but I thought I'd try this one for lunch

My only recognized forte in seafood is Tuna fish sandwiches :rolleyes:

Gotta break out of that mold :smoke:


This is a dish called "Sauteed scallops in white wine, with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic."

Turned out delicious.
