Nugget coils

I have seen genuine Bounty Hunter 4" coils as well as some other brand on ebay and Amazon. Do any of you know anything about the off-brand? Are they as good or maybe better than the BH ones?

I use the Bounty Hunter 4" coil on my Legacy 3500 and my Tracker IV. I have to say overall I am 99% happy with its performance (see my post about 4" coil question). I've never used another brand.

But if you are using the Bounty Hunter units then I see no reason to use another brand coil. Just my $0.02 worth. I have not found any reason to switch brands yet.

The ones with the nugget sticker and the ones without are both OEM. The difference is simply a sticker/marketing.
