Our new president is at it again. Check out CNN.com and read the article about Obama and Chavez. Mr. Chavez, the president of Venezuela, wants to be friends with Obama. Nice picture of these new found friends shaking hands. This is the same dictator, who said he was out to destroy the wicked United States just two years ago and called Bush the devil. Obama is loving up to Iran and now power hungry dictators, and also warming up to Cuba and their unhuman rights agenda. We need to pray for our nation. Our new leadership, which has supported pro choice openly, and is setting us up for a great defeat in the hands of our enemies. Don't mean to pull politics into this forum so much, but friends, we are headed for disaster quickly.

Not a problem. We see more than 'politics' when we spiritually discern what is going on in the world around us. It is our faith and hope in Jesus that keeps us from being like Chicken Little and running to and fro screaming "The sky is falling, the sky is falling".
I heard in end times every nation will join against Israel to destroy it. There will be no help from any side. (Guessing by then the USA will cease to be a nation or we would be there). Only at the very last will Israel have a force coming to save the nation. That force will be Jesus and the heavenly hosts...and by then too we may be called up from His second coming. We would then be there to see Jesus defeat all the enemy out to destroy Israel. I heard that Jesus will defeat the enemy 'by the power of His Word'. What an awesome sight that will be and I pray we all get to see this from the front row seats on the side of our Lord.
God bless us and keep us safe...but if I need to give my life let it be for the glory of the Lord.

Yes, pray, pray and pray some more for our nation! We are certainly heading down the wrong road, but the Book of Revelation tells it like it is and will be, so unless we, who are called in Jesus' name, don't turn from wickedness and cry out to God, Who will hear our sorrowful pleas and then He will forgive us and heal our land!
Jesus will be catching us up soon in the Resurrection of the faithful saints, so the end of the age as we know it now may be coming sooner than we may think! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for Your mercy and Your grace upon Your own and those who will be saved before the great tribulation is in full destruction and harmfulness! Amen!
