Well take hope that Jesus is working it all out for out good and for God's purpose....even BO and his co-horts can't do anything without our Lord okaying it....sooooo let us pray for their hearts to change and for our rescue from the evilness of the world and the gov't leaders! Amen!

God Bless! Bettywell Ma I have to politely disagree with that........God gives us all a free will and he does not control our actions, good or bad. Well, goes4ever, I guess I need to explain what I posted a little farther! What I meant was, that though each person has their own will and God won't push them to accept Jesus, He is still in control by using what BO and his co-horts think is good for us though they are actually working evil, He will still turn that around for our good and for His purpose! You see when the people forget God and don't serve or worship His Son, Jesus, than life will become truly unbearable for most and then they will cry out to God and pray for forgiveness and healing for our nation! The same happened to the Israelites when they became fat with riches and had it too good, they forgot God and would suffer the consequences but when they cried out to God then He forgave them and caused their living conditions to be better!
That is why I said what I did in my former post! In the end, it is in our Savior's control and when we love and obey Him, He will take care of and protect us.....even by taking us up in the rapture for escaping the great tribulation coming upon all nations with the anti-Christ ruling as the Messiah, who will fool many by his fancy speaches and even with some miracles in the last days! Therefore, have hope in Jesus that we will be okay and He will protect and provide for His own, who honor and glorify Him! I know we all have a free will but God is still in control and He is all powerful! Amen!

God Bless! BettyI agree with goes4ever. Obama is not following God by any means. I am not judging him either, but he listened to that crackpot at his so called former church for so long, and he only distanced himself from this man and his church because it was hurting his campaign. Big O is making his own decisions and I can only assume he is not seeking Gods direction by some of the decisions he has made since taking office. He is getting alot of his agenda passed because most of our elected officials in Washington are in the same boat as he is. They are not seeking Gods' will for their lives or our nation. There are some that are truly Christian and they vote with the Holy Spirits guidance, and even some that profess Christ, fall victim to the world and vote contrary to Gods plan. All we can do is keep praying that God will change the hearts of these men and women and the heart of Obama. Satan is working very hard in Washington to lead our so-called leaders to lead us down the path of destruction, a path that he has already tread.

I know DK what you and goes4ever are saying but what I want to try to get over to my brothers and sisters is, if we believe in Jesus and we obey Him, then we as God's Children will be okay, for we shall forever live by having eternal life and not eternal death! We may have to suffer and maybe die as many did in Israel even the apostles, but with complete faith in Jesus we will make it through unto death or until the rapture! That is why Jesus said Be not Afraid, for I have overcome the World...if we have Him as our personal Savior, then we will overcome too and be with Him forever and ever! Times will get worse because sinners are waxing worse and worse; therefore let us pray for guidance, direction and hope to remain on the Lord's pathway and not be fooled by anyone who would lie and speak so eloquently as to make people think he is the answer and that he will save them!
