Today I hunted for a couple hours on a gentle slope around the driveway entrance to a 1911 golf course, before the warrantied replacement (2nd hunt with it) SE pro crapped out. It is already RMA numbered and ships out in the morning. Anyway, I dug 9 wheats (1919 - 1955), a single 1942 merc dime, and this oddball token (easy hit @ 7"). It has plenty of legible writing but I can't turn up a thing about it....any ideas? Edit: token is smooth rim, half dollar diameter.
