odd ring

only thing inside is "8". . has some type of clear coat on the outside with hearts in it. anyone know anything about it?

I think those are mood rings. The 8 would be the size. I found one a couple of weeks ago with dolphins on it. Here are two different ones that I've found in the last month. There was a third one but when I started to clean it off, all the color came off. so now it's just a plain band.

It looks like a mood ring. Run it under some hot water, then some cold water and see if the color changes.
