I got a few things I found with my detector.Found these items in couple of areas that I have done and done again.A farm field that has been very good and a home site that really is getting quiet now.I have been using different methods at the home site and tried the 4x6 dd shooter coil last time out.Found the 63 Indian,a few buttons and some odds & ends with the small coil.My next thought for this site it to bring my Excalibur for a try, kind of extreme but I have hit some old home sites with it.After I work at site good and hard I bring the beach beast there and it does find some left over relics. Here are a couple quick pics.

Take care, John

The worn copper is from a farm field. After some steel wool it looks like a KG III.

I switched gears over the past 1 1/2 years.I was going to club meetings and seeing all the awesome relics people were digging.Took a winter researching some spots and come Spring started to hunt them. Then I got bitten by the relic bug big time and thats the only kind of detecting I want to do.I have never been a guy that got into history but that to has changed. To me now rust is a must and then try to find the goodies hidden around it.The key to it all is research research research....find a spot and mark it on a GPS if you have one.

The funniest thing that has came from this is the relic guys in my club are actually thinking I'm OK to hang around with now.A few I really have learned a bunch from listening too and give a lot of thanks to.
