OFF TOPIC....anyone havin problems with google ???....

with Google? It keeps takin over my home page, actually changing my home page to google everytime i open any other page.
it is also pickin key words at random and opening senseless websites and or pages that contain that word.Even if i am tryin to navigate thru say....the off topice threads...it will pick a random word from one of the pages and open useless websites/pages that contain that word.
I tried to uninstall google, i delted all cookies and temp files all to no avail.
