"OFF TOPIC" question about camcorders with hard drives...........

Does anyone out there own a camcorder with the hard drive built in? I would like to get one but don't know much about them. I ready to move up in the world of camcorders and want one I can burn to a DVD right from the camcorder. I'm tired of the old HI8 cassettes :lol: Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.
