a camera flash or a joke, i have a habit of looking somewhere else and seeing what i want to see out of the corner of my eye. Yup it comes from hunting, never look directly at your "quarry"! Also it has to do with being married
A reunion for sure.
It is amazing how ones instincts serve them so well, a few days ago i met a young guy, (30ish)hahaha, who i had met through a gold mining forum. He lives in Alberta and travelled here to see about buying a dental practice. We had arranged to meet and chew the fat a bit. When he and his wife showed up at my place it was instantly comfortable and i knew that we will be friends.
The guy has a sense of humor and a good heart, he kinda looked at me limping around with the Sciatica and said.....Ha, ya crippled up old codger, i'll put you in a wheelbarrow and haul you down to the river, i can learn from you!

i was surprised, but not really, how well it went, if you know what i mean? Sure wish Fred had been able to make it, not sure if we would have been able to keep him away from the horses long enough to get out detecting tho?

We probably would still be talking and jawin'
all the best

It was the best vacation I have had in a long time. It was just too short amd Wayne had to make it a short one. That is sure beautiful country.

be close! Your mama will still miss you though, cause you are her favorite! You keep watch over her, those mama's are very special!

something like that, that my parent's said. Just like when no one will let you onto the road because of traffic, my daddy used to say "Somebody must have left the dang gate open"! Took me a while to figure out why he said that!

I bought her a little book one time, in it it thanks moms for everything they have done over the years for us.
I wrote in thanks for not killing me when I had it comming. She looked me dead in the eye and said that she thought about it more than once but did not want to go to prison. Little did she know that the local authorities would have gone to bat for her

and send them to Warner Brothers or maybe, send your younger life stories to Disney and the others to the Warners. I feel certain they would sell like hotcakes! They would make wonderful situation comedies! I know I have certainly enjoyed reading them.

I now have some insight into what ice fishing is all about...especially the cold weather. I don't know for sure what a pike is, but I have seen pictures of them in Field & Stream. Why was it illegal to use a gold fish? I think this was an fantastic story, I really liked it. I must admit that I can not envision ice like that, I have seen pictures but that is not the same as actually seeing the ice covering a lake. Thanks for sharing this story, and please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)
