Trying to age this find. Wick adjustment knob reads Manhattan Bass NY Pat Feb 1761 Ext Aug 64 Pat May 26 1830. Problem I have is when I looked up (www.thelampworks.com) Manhattan Brass NY it tells me they started in 1865 in New York city. Any help would be appreciated.
