Have to agree, lot of new machines out or announced from your competitors - time let go of the baby and send her out into the world 
I would rather them wait to release it until it is well tested and truly ready for production rather than rush it and end up with bugs. Besides, from a marketing standpoint it may be better to let the hype around recent releases settle down so that the "got to be the first to try" crowd will have time to get the itch to jump again.
