OK seein as it was cold and windy out :D I took a lil walk...

Also other areas BUT :)
I can give you an example and most states also have this law just they dont really enforce it.

Lakes here you can metal detect but if anything HISTORIC native american blah blah is found you should turn it over to the State.

NY was the same way,well hell all of NY was historic as most states and if ya think I was gonna let me do the work and then archies come in and shut the site off too me yer CRAZY :lol:

2 fellas just got arrested North of me for digging indian artifacts and they had a metal detector-shovels and a ladder
In their backpacks they found arrow heads and stuff...they were on state historic site diggin tho :D

There is lots of land without being on sites you get arrested for walking on :thumbup:

Now imagine shutting Daytona and all the ocean beaches off to detecting as well :shock:..thats all state land as well and also historic ;)
