OK share time......

My favorite "coin" would be the first merc I found not long after I started detecting. Found it at an old house place where the house had been torn down.

the pics! I think the best or most liked coin I found was a 1863 Seated Liberty quarter lost and found by me at a Civil War site in MO and I am like Travis...not sure where it is at this time...well I know but don't care to dig it out of my finds after being dug once! LOL! I haven't set my Lap Top to post pics as yet so no pics from me at this time! What I like about finding the coin was that they were saying iron, mini-balls and etc. could be found and I turned to my friend, Liz, at the meeting, I want to find silver not iron! Lo and behold, I did, and I was the only one who did! How's that for God answering my desire! :)

The other find of which I am happy with is a 3/4 inch wide lady's gold wedding band of 14K gold...small ring but sure was pretty seeing that gold shine as I dug it up in Forest Park here in St. Louis, MO!!

Congrats all for the nice finds and I hope and pray you find many, many more oldies and relics! God is good and don't forget it! ;) Ma

Thanks Joe - I guess when people see us digging coins they only think about money. The total experience, like you said, is much more important. Steve

Mike... PLEASE!!! What is YOUR favorite find. :clapping: I won't speak for anyone else, but I'm chompin' on the bit here to know what you've found! :detecting: Thanks my brother in Jesus and have a Blessed. Greg
